We provide free support for all of our programs, however, this is limited to email.  Currently we do not provide any phone based support - free or otherwise.  Our programs are all provided as fully functional 30 day trial versions.  If you are having problems during the trial period that cannot be resolved by a few emails, we would prefer you not purchase a license.  We want your money, but only if you have tried and tested our software and find it meets your needs.
