This screen will show many member records at a time in rows and columns like a spreadsheet. You can sort on the column heading by clicking on it. To sort on more than one column, click the first column you want to sort on then press and hold the CTRL key while you click additional column. Click the same column again to reverse the sort order. Descending sort is indicated by a - sign and the sequence of multiple sorts is indicated by a number.
There are two notebook style tabs on this screen. The first tab shows all member information, while the second tab will let you select a family to show only members belonging to that family. When adding new members, be sure to have the Second Tab (Family Order) selected. By doing this you can fill in address and other information for a new member with the Family member information selected - this can save you quite a bit of typing.
You will notice a button at the bottom for Importing Data. See the separate help section on importing. An Export button is provided to let you quickly create a Microsoft Excel formatted spreadsheet (if you have Excel installed) with all data as filtered.
Query, Reset and Quick Filter button are provided to let you quickly search data, or remove any filter you may have created by using the Query Wizard.
