This screen shows the class names you have set up. Click the Insert button to add a new class name, the Change button to edit the selected class name, or the Delete button to remove a class name from the list. This class names table is used in a several places in the program. For example, the member information update screen uses this table to fill in the Sunday AM class and Midweek Class. Entering a class for each member can help later when creating a query to print a report or labels for only members of a particular class. The class name file is also used when assigning members to class which you can then use to Generate Attendance Records as well as updating attendance for members.
