This screen is used to view attendance records in rows and columns like a spreadsheet. There are two notebook style tabs on this screen. The first will show all records initially sorted by the Class Member Name. You can sort on the column heading by clicking on it. To sort on more than one column, click the first column you want to sort on then press and hold the CTRL key while you click additional column. Click the same column again to reverse the sort order. Descending sort is indicated by a - sign and the sequence of multiple sorts is indicated by a number. Below I have sorted by Class Name, then by Class Date in descending order.
You will notice a button at the bottom for Importing Data. See the separate help section on importing. An Export button is provided to let you quickly create a Microsoft Excel formatted spreadsheet (if you have Excel installed) with all data as filtered.
Query, Reset and Quick Filter button are provided to let you quickly search data, or remove any filter you may have created by using the Query Wizard.
The second tab will let you select a class name to view attendance records for by clicking the Select Button.
